5. Method of collection
Your data are collected by automated or partly automated means through the contact form on our website, email, phone, face-to-face meetings and documents shared within our business relationship.
6. Transfers
Limited to the purposes above, your personal data may be transferred to legally authorised public institutions, our legal and financial advisors, cargo and logistics companies, and our hosting and email service providers, in accordance with Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK.
7. Retention
Your personal data are kept for as long as the purpose of processing requires and for the statutory limitation periods; they are then deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
8. Your rights
Under Article 11 of the KVKK you have the right to learn whether your personal data are processed and to request information about it; to learn the purpose of processing and whether data are used accordingly; to know the third parties to whom data are transferred in Türkiye or abroad; to request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data; to request deletion or destruction under Article 7; to request that such operations be notified to third parties; to object to a result against you arising exclusively from automated analysis; and to claim compensation for damages arising from unlawful processing.
